In the courtyard of Heritage Square, you’ll find the best hole in the wall. Sandwich Revolution by Gunther Boisits and Aidan Mautschke is the greatest thing since… sliced bread.

The portions are enormous, and everything is prepared with the best local ingredients they can find.

These guys make all their sauces and condiments from scratch and only offer proper hand-cut chips on the side. Wrap one up for take-away or find a comfy spot in the courtyard.
